For 47 years, epilepsy shaped my life in ways I never fully understood. After brain surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, I expected the journey to be over. Instead, I discovered that some of life's greatest lessons come after the miracle begins.
Through faith, family, setbacks, gratitude, and a long healing process, I learned that miracles aren't always found in a single moment. Many times they are found in the daily effort to keep moving forward.
