The "Give Yourself Grace" Coin Process

I've always enjoyed learning how things are made. Knowing where and how something is created helps me appreciate the time, effort, and craftsmanship that goes into it.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to create these coins. What many people don't see is that each coin requires multiple steps before it becomes the finished piece.
The process begins with a rough piece of Purpleheart lumber. From there, the wood is milled, engraved, paint-filled, cut into individual coins, and finished by hand in my woodshop.
